How to with one hand

You will find that you can do almost everything with only one functional hand, you just have to do some things differently. We have come up with many tricks to live life one-handed.

Or alternatively, add Magnet clasps to your necklaces.

Ponytail

Ponytails are seriously difficult with one hand so many survivors switch to using a large banana clip or this hair tie.

@chaos_in_the_kitchen4 This ponytail took time, patience, and a whole lot of tries. But I DID IT! 💪 Living with left-hand paralysis has its challenges, but moments like this remind me that I can adapt and overcome. Zipping a jacket

Some of us have luck hooking together the start of the zipper with our good hand then bringing the pull to our mouth to pull up, but this is tricky, for reliable jacket closure, try a Zipper Buddy.
