Changes to make in your home

You, your sibling, or spouse has had an injury and lost use of one hand. Go ahead and make life easier by making these changes.

Dysom

These sticky sheets will keep your plates from slidig around while you eat.

Pump Tops

Change your shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash bottles to use pump tops, you won't believe how much easier that makes a one-handed shower.

Lever pull door handles

Door handles that are levers, not round, are easier for paralyzed people to use.

  • Who we are

We are a group of young stroke and brain injury survivors spread around the world who refuse to give up on recovering from our brain injuries. We were shocked by our own injuries and had to learn all of this information on our own. We want to share what we have learned to help you advocate for yourself as a young survivor.
